MOXA aims to make their customers’ lives better and more secure, bringing people’s ideas to life with network solutions that help systems, processes, and people connect better. However, because of MOXA’s technical nature, it can be difficult to understand their company’s full impact. Originally perceived as a spec-level communication solution, MOXA sought to transform its brand image to a trusted technology brand and backbone of connectivity in the industrial IoT industry (IIoT).
Our approach
Through its brand transformation, MOXA sought to differentiate itself from competitors and resonate more strongly with its target audience. We studied what messaging and visuals would resonate best with consumers to ensure our approach would stick in the audience’s mind. To make its solution more tangible for different target audiences, our team focused on highlighting MOXA’s core connectivity technology’s specific use-case scenarios. Our messaging and visuals boiled down MOXA’s technology in a way easy for consumers to understand: “simply connecting IIoT.” Our team developed a guideline outlining how to emphasize the technology’s applications to different industries and use-cases, driving consumers to consider the ultimate benefits of MOXA’s connectivity technology in complex environments.
