How do you turn around a global-scale company? How do you align and drive offices across four continents toward the same shared goals? How do you shift the market’s perception of a tech giant?

These were just some of the topics Acer’s current CEO, Jason Chen, faced when he joined the company several years ago. Our team shared Jason’s ambition to strengthen the brand and help develop the best way to share moments that matter with all stakeholders.

Our approach
To drive the company’s momentum, we worked with Acer to set two annual global press conferences beyond the expectations of a standard product launch.
Each event is meticulously planned and executed in collaboration with Acer’s C-level executives, as well as their product, marketing, and regional teams. Together we define and design the before, during, and after of each event and everything in between, ranging from teaser content on social media to furniture design and catering. We analyze Acer’s corporate strategy, technology innovations, and impact to create a unique experience every time.
Result
The global press events draw media and partners from around the world, reinforcing Acer's brand image and consumer engagement.
The events also set milestones for Acer’s R&D team and act as hubs to engage with regions. Both offline and online, the global press conferences have created a stage for Acer to show the world its ambition and deepen its engagement with stakeholders.
