LINE has earned its massive user base through strong brand presence and recognition. Since it began, the company has evolved from offering a messaging service to becoming a lifestyle digital platform with multiple new services, ranging from entertainment to finance.
These changes have aided LINE’s efforts to offer its more than 200 million users “Life on LINE.” To aid this transformation, LINE needed a strong and compelling communication framework to highlight its prestigious technology brand’s evolution.
Our approach
All of LINE’s services aim to connect society and make daily life more convenient and entertaining.
To build awareness of LINE’s myriad of offerings that create a better life on LINE, we developed a cohesive story line that communicates all the brand’s services and showcases LINE’s brand essence to consumers. To visualize this brand story, we created a film that highlights the numerous everyday scenarios that benefit from LINE’s services, making the overall story tangible, relevant, and fun for users. (The following videos are for the Taiwan market only and were launched in October 2019.)
